Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:
- You received an incorrect item that differs from the product you ordered.
- You provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Reporting an Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@divadeoorganics.co.uk.
To help us resolve your request promptly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs of the item you received.
Refund Process
Once we have reviewed and confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we will arrange either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item (subject to availability).
Non-Refundable Orders
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the courier after dispatch.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
